This documentation describes the current system built around the new PalmOrder Server. It is for administrators who install the server, connect mobile devices and organize exchange with the accounting system.
How data moves
Accounting system → outbox → PalmOrder Server → mobile device
Accounting system ← inbox ← PalmOrder Server ← mobile device
The accounting system works with files in outbox and inbox. PalmOrder Server provides secure exchange with paired devices.
Start here
If the system is not configured yet:
- Install PalmOrder Server.
- Complete the first start and set the working directories.
- Pair an Android device.
- Complete the first exchange from accounting-system files to an order in
inbox.
